Sniper shots not one hit kills???
Ive noticed that no matter what sniper i use chest shots are not one hit kills. The chest is the easiest area to hit being the biggest and not everyone is a perfect sniper, i highly suggest using "one man army" for your first perk and "stopping power" for your second perk for one class and "one man army" and "cold blooded" for another class, use stopping power as much as you can but as soon as they get a uav just switch to the cold blooded and lay low until its safe to switch back. Stopping power on a sniper is almost always a one hit kill. If you want a better one hit kill chance with cold blooded then use FMJ, if you want to be a stealthy sniper never changing class use bling, cold blooded and ninja, with FMJ and silencer as your attachments. Good luck.

Well, just so everyone knows do not use stopping power on a sniper rifle. It is a waste. Each s. Rifle does exactly 70 damage. The multiplyers are what makes a difference. All headshots have a 1.5 multiplyers so they all kill. Chest shots are 1 hit kills with intervention or Barrett, with 1.5 multiplyers. Only use stoping power if you use a silencer. Silencer cuts the danger back to 50 and stoping power puts it back up to 70. You cannot go higher than 70 damage. And yeah, I know my crap.
