EVERYTHING with one man army noobtube and claymore camping DOES work and for new players its ok to give it a try but after prestiging several times do not keep doing it you should be good enough to not have to. I am guilty of one many army noob tube with danger close but sometimes it takes the fun out of it for everyone else so don't do it if you are not new, i myself dont do it anymore. From July 11th 2010 on i will be posting For more skilled players, not the people who get nukes and chopper gunners and ac-130's every match but i will be posting for people who get harriers but not often and would like to improve, if your not there yet then enter the chatroom and i can help.
1 on 1 challenges are no longer being accepted. Practice/goofing off and tutoring ARE being accepted at this time.

Choosing your sniper

Personally i like the Barrett but some people like the intervention, M21EBR head shots and upper chest shots are the only 1 hit kill but if your skilled enough you can get 2 shots off and theres less recoil just incase, as for the others i prefer the Barrett because for me its almost a guaranteed a 1 hit kill and has a little higher damage then the wa2000, the wa20000 is a good sniper i believe to have low recoil but does a little less damage then the .50cal.

Well use what you like, i'm strongly against the intervention personally because its bolt action and i like the low recoil on the m21 but its just a little to weak for me, and i like the .50cal and use it because it seems to work best for me, work which is best for you.

Gun attachments

I highly recommend assault rifles over all.

Assault Rifles:

  • Grenade luncher
  • Red dot sight
  • Silencer
  • Acog scope
  • FMJ
  • Shotgun
  • Holographic sight
  • Heartbeat sensor
  • Thermal
  • Extended mags
If you use Red dot, acog, or holographic site then you have something to learn, NEVER use those on any assault rifle if you cant aim with the iron site already on the gun then you should learn or else you could be wasting your time. Grenade luncher you should NEVER use unless you have danger close equipped or its the only gun you have unlocked otherwise its not worth it. Silencer is great to have the only thing i like better is the heartbeat sensor, use silencer as soon as you get it its a great attachment. Heartbeat sensor is in my opinion the best attachment, its almost as good as being able to see around corners. FMJ is an awesome attachment if you have stopping power also on, very highly recommended. Shotgun is not recommended unless you like secondary shotguns and you would prefer to have something like a luncher for air support or a pistol. Extended mags is not recommended because you can simply swap weapons or pick up ammo with scavenger. And last Thermal i believe should only be used on snipers.

Sub Machine Guns:

  • Rapid fire
  • Red dot sight
  • Silencer
  • Acog scope
  • FMJ
  • Akimbo
  • Holographic sight
  • Thermal
  • Extended mags
Again NEVER use red dot, acog, or holographic sight, and never use thermal or even extended mags with any smg. Akimbo should rarely ever be used, only use with steady aim and never use on a level where you cant always stay in very small areas. FMJ is HIGHLY recommended an even more highly recommended with bling and rapid fire they are one of the best combos. Silencer is also great so if you flank the other team they don't know where you are while you kill them one by one.

Light machine guns:
  • Grip
  • Red dot
  • Silencer
  • Acog
  • FMJ
  • Holographic sight
  • Heartbeat sensor
  • Thermal
  • Extended mags
Never use red dot, acog, holographic sight, or extended mags, i don't suggest thermal, in fact i don't suggest light machine guns at all but grip, silencer and heartbeat sensor would be the best ones you can use.

Sniper Rifles:
  • Silencer
  • Acog
  • FMJ
  • Heartbeat sensor
  • Thermal
  • Extended mags
Sniping is not as easy as people would assume, never use acog (unless you for some reason quick snipe which i do not recommend) Extended mags is not recommended. Silencer is recommended if your a good enough sniper to get 2 shots off and FMJ is highly recommended with stopping power. Thermal is recommended but not on every level just a select few.

Riot shield
Just don't use? Its that simple.

My first Nuke, heres how i did it.

Well today was the first time i ever had nuke as a killstreak because i herd a theory on the pave low counting towards killstreaks, now this was on favela and as you know its not an all open map like wasteland or mostly open like derail or even rust. Anyway my killstreaks were pave low, ac-130, nuke. The pave low got me worried but i just used the technique on favela i show in this post. After i got 9 kills 0 deaths i switched to cold blooded class, see my class suggestions to know what i use, i was using my 6th, 5th, and 4th class. After i got the pave low i wend behind a building off to the side layed 2 claymores and just layed there with cold blooded until it earned me an ac-130, then the ac-130 got me to 22 kills, so i moved to a location based on their headquarters and just hid, i think having a 22 killstreak 2 kills from the nuke is a perfectly acceptable reason to be tactical or as a lot of people call "camp" i got the 25th kill and when i went to use it someone found me because i didn't change position after killing a bunch of people so i had 1 death from him and 1 from my nuke, but that how i did it, hopefully you can get a 9 killstreak and hide like i did its an easy nuke after those 9 kills.
Good Luck.

Kill Streak Setup?

For people who don't usually get killstreaks above 5 ever but want to help the team

Uav, Counter Uav, Predator Missile
Reason: What more could you do to help the team? If you generally get lower killstreaks then use them, with uav your team will always know there they are, with counter uav it will make the other team feel like their playing hardcore, and save the predators don't use them for kills use them to destroy killstreaks. Now if there 30 seconds left and you have 3 predators, use them asap for kills because you don't want to waste them.

For people who often get 5-7 killstreaks and want to help the team

Predator missile, Harrier, Pave low (or emergency airdrop)
Reason: If you find you get 5 kill streaks like 2 or 3 times a match then use it, the predator will get you 1+ kills guaranteed which will help earn you the harrier which in return if they have airsupport out use it right away it will destroy any helicopters out and get you kills towards the pave low (or emergency airdrop). Now if you want to help by just killing the other team into a corner where you can get 10-20 kills use the pave low, it works great on open maps. Now if you think a bunch of uav's and conuter uav's will help more try for the airdrop you'll get something and usually youll also get a sentry gun and/or predator missile which may not get you as many kills as the pave low but your team will know where they are.

For people who often get 7-9 but seem to die around then

Harrier, Emergency airdrop (or chopper gunner), Pave low
Reason: The harrier will earn you the airdrop and pave low no problem but not guaranteed on the chopper gunner because it may get shot down so chose wisely. The chopper gunner will do the same as the pave low and just destroy their team.

For people who often get 9+ killstreaks and want to help the team

You can use the one listed above and i would highly recommend it but another good setup is Pave low, Chopper gunner, EMP (or nuke)
Reason: For some reason i haven't found out why yet but the pave low counted towards my killstreak before, i think its because it was the first one i used and if you can get a 9 killstreak and hide this may be an easy nuke for you but would you want to risk the nuke or go for a guaranteed emp with the chopper gunner? Most likely if your this good you should be able to do this without my help so theres not much more i an say.

If for some reason you cant get 5 killstreaks often and you dont meet the killstreak requirement use

Uav, Care package, Predator missile
Reason: Just use it because theres a small chance of getting above that for you at the moment anyway so you deserve a chance at something good in a care package and you should really try some techniques on this site they may help.

Harrier or Attack Helicopter

Harrier: The harrier stays out for less time then the helicopter, it starts off with an airstrike, it generally stays in one spot but it does hover to the sides, it will shoot down helicopters in the air (which is great to save until the other team has a pave low or chopper gunner), its great for leaving at spawn points, and i found although it doesn't get as many kills as the helicopter it helps the team more then it helps you.

Attack Helicopter: This helicopter stays out longer then the harrier, it only has its guns it does not start off with a bang, but it moves around the map great for maps where the other team doesn't spawn in the same spot, it also tends to get more kills but i find that it often doesn't support the team as much as it supports you because it get you kills yes but if they have air support also then its a stale mate.

I chose harrier and the reason is i like the airstrike, and i cant use my pave low while the attack helicopter is out if its near the end of the match.

PAVE LOW COUNTING TOWARDS KILLSTREAK!

Maybe the FINAL update, i went into a private match and had all this tested out, it seems that if you earn your pave low during your first life without dying it will count towards your killstreak and pave low + chopper gunner = easy nuke if you can do that, if not then its not worth trying because it will count only if its during your 1st life. I tested this yesterday several times with someone and theres your final verdict.

People spawning around you?

How to play when people spawn around you, most people (especially if you have the class suggestions i listed) should find a spot and use it as a tactical location. Most people call it "camping" but thats just a word that sore losers made up to insult people who are good at this game. IF you happen to have scavenger or one man army with claymores (and/or tactical insertion) its a good idea knowing that they will spawn near by to set up a defensive area. This will most likely have 1/2 or more of their team looking for you and only you because your spawning on their side with them which provides your team enough time to in domination capture a flag, in capture the flag, well capture a flag, in headquarters capture the headquarters, etc. This is a good tactic as long as your team is trying to win, this can be done simply bu sneaking to their side of the map or in domination letting them capture the flag nearby. If you don't reveal your location you should be able to comfortably sit back with a heartbeat sensor and infinite claymores and let the other team set a claymore off one by one untill you get high killstreaks, if they don't find you they assume that your no where near them and most people will hit the same claymore in the same location 3+ times. This will NOT work on every level but if you know what your doing this can work on a lot of the levels. And yes i know i said 2 things that conflict, what i ment by having their team looking for you and them not knowing your there is that either one could happen. if their team is looking for you then your helping distract them for your team to win, if their not looking for you then its easy killstreaks to assist your team at that moment or later.

How to get claymores and tactical insertion (or any combination of equipment, perks and more)

Very simple, how can someone have both claymores and a tactical insertion? Or in any case, any combination of perks such as stopping power and danger close, or weapons like a sniper and an assault rifle. Well here is how, equip the 1st perk "One Man Army" on every class, no matter what class you switch to you can switch back at anytime and as many times as you want giving you unlimited ammo, unlimited claymores (can only lay 2 at a time) unlimited tactical insertions (only allowed 1 layed at a time) unlimited c4 (only can lay 2 at a time), and at any time you can switch from something with stopping power to cold blooded if the other team gets air support, or switch to danger close if someone is near by and goes to set off your claymore. One Man Army normal takes a long time to change class but once you level it up its only about 4 seconds and it is well worth it for unlimited grenade luncher ammo, changing perks and guns at anytime, the possibility's are near endless.

Wasteland map / tactical and sniping spots

Yellow = You
Green = Tactical insertion
Orange = Claymores

The first map shows an untested location, lay a claymore by both doors, you can snipe there should be a good view if you get on the roof of the building but you will be very easy to locate so be careful and don't stay on the roof to long, lay the tactical in the corner so if you do die no one knows where you will spawn and you'll be nearby.

The location on the 2nd spot is great in fact less then 2 hours ago i went 28 kills and 0 deaths at this spot, you wont always do that good but it was awesome. Lay the tactical in the room by itself, lay claymores at both doors, and snipe, if you have good aim with grenade luncher like i do you can shoot it in the tunnel in the center of the map and it works great.

Underpass map / tactical and sniping spots

Yellow = You
Green = Tactical insertion
Orange = Claymores

This first map is really only good on capture the flag, maybe domination and maybe free for all. Lay a claymore by the top of the stairs, lay one outside like 25 feet or so as a warning, lay your tactical insertion where shown, and snipe or weapon of your choice. Not great but maybe you'll get one good killstreak through out the match.

This 2nd spot is great, also if you have a friend its better, lay your tactical in the corner next to the big tank, lay a claymore at both doors, the window will be open so if you have a friend have them block it off, thermal sniper and grenade luncher works very very well here.

Terminal map / tactical and sniping spots.

Yellow = You
Green = Tactical insertion
Orange = Claymore

The first map is located on the roof, once up there lay your tactical insertion in the corner, quickly lay a claymore by the ladder and by the corner shown, some people jump up on the rail and on the roof from there. your best bet is to use a grenade luncher and just blow up people. Very good for 1 chance at a high killstreak, after that they assume your up there.

The 2nd map is located in the plane, if used right you could get several high killstreaks here but people also seem to be good at blitzing in to kill you so you'll have to be very careful in here. Tactical insertion goes in the back (blow up the barrels first) then lay a claymore by that ladder and the front of the plane, cover the middle and use the front window to pluck people off, if done right this is a very very good spot.

The 3rd map is in a back room, lay tactical insertion in the corner, lay a claymore just behind the front desk, and one by the sofa so no one can come in, this is a great sniping spot your protected very well and as long as you stay low you can get a lot of people coming out of the plane. If you stand on the sofa you can also get a few people through the middle and on the right.

Subbase map / tactical and sniping spots.

Yellow = You
Green = Tactical insertion
Orange = Claymore

The first map is not tested, simply lay your tactical insertion in the 2nd floor corner located on the map, lay claymores in the locations shows on the roof, then try sniping, and/or just picking people off from up there. Simple but untested.

This spot on the 2nd map is great if people don't start throwing grenades and sniping you, you can get a few good killstreaks here no problem if the other team doesn't play a certain way, its easy yet hard, tactical insertion goes by the metal thing on the roof, claymore at the ladder near there and the stairs, simply snipe and use grenades, easy kills.

Skidrow map / tactical and sniping spots

Yellow = You
Green = Tactical insertion
Orange = Claymores

The first map shows a great location in any match where theres an objective visible from that building and in free for alls. Simply lay a tactical insertion in the corner by the windows, lay a claymore 1/2 way down the stairs, lay a claymore on the top of the stairs, and use your grenade luncher, very likely to get easy high killstreaks here unless someone becomes smart enough to use explosives back on you which is why you should stay away from your tactical just incase they do. Its great for capture the flag, and domination also.

The 2nd and final map shows a great overall location if your a good sniper, if your on the left side you can see straight down the 1st floor center of the building and if your on the right you can use the turret to get people behind cover. Lay a claymore at each door, if necessary you may lay then slightly outside, lay a tactical in the back corner, people usually don't see it due to it being in the back and on the other side of items blocking it. Good luck.

Scrapyard map / tactical and sniping spots

Yellow = You
Orange = Claymore
Green = Tactical insertion

Lay a claymore at both doors shown on first floor, lay tactical insertion on 2nd floor, and move around the 2nd floor as needed to get kills, low cover but you can get a few killstreaks using this spot and having claymores layed where they are.

The 2nd map lay your tactical on the first floor in the corner shown, lay a claymore by the door near your tactical and bu the big door, people seem to come in the big door more often then the small one. Use the 3rd floor for occasional sniping and guarding of your area, grenade launchers work great here, if people start coming in the 2nd floor works well for protecting your area.

Rust map / tactical and sniping spots

Yellow = You
Green = Tactical insertion
Orange = Claymore

Only one good spot on this map, you may die 10 times trying to get to it but once your there and will spawn there your in good shape, grenade launchers work the best from the top of the map, everything is on the top of the big structure in the center, theres a ladder to get up the under it and you can also get up through the long air vent looking thing by running up it. This map is to small for anything else.

Rundown map / tactical and sniping spots

Yellow = You
Green = Tactical insertion
Orange = Claymores

The first map isnt a great spot but if you happen to spawn nearby and you cant seem to get to the other side of the map, give it a try. Theres no cover so you must be very careful this is only a temporary spot. for a kill or 2.

Tactical insertion goes on the 2nd floor across the beems, claymores at both doors and get kills through the windows, its simple and straight forward.

The next map is a small area, 1 grenade is an easy death so be very careful, claymores will protect you and kill you if your not careful, you can get a couple of kills here if your good, if not then your only chance may be the next map.

This last map is all on the 2nd floor, claymore on the top of the stairs, claymore inside they wont see the 2nd one and they will die, tactical insertion on the other side of the thin wall, sniping works well here as well as any other gun other then SMG's

Quarry map / tactical and sniping spots

Yellow = You
Orange = Claymore
Green = Tactical insertion

The first and 2nd map are untested as of the day that i post this, on the 1st map you will lay your claymore by the stairs on the top of them, and the ladder. Stay on the 2nd floor and having both a sniper and gunner class with one man army is highly suggested. Lay your tactical in that corner as close to the wall as you can, this is so the smoke goes through the wall and if one or two people during the match happen to see it they will be easy kills.

On the 2nd map lay a tactical on the 2nd floor away from where your at, people wont look there and if you have one man army like your suppose to and they get past your claymore and destroy it you can simply replace it. Claymore at the top of the stairs, and claymore just inside the little overhead tunnel, you not have 2 decent vantage points, i'm not sure if i would snipe there though, try an assault rifle if you can.

The 3rd map shows my favorite location, be very cautious because 1 door will not be guarded, lay your tactical on the 1st floor far in the back corner shown, lay your claymores at the doors shown and keep an eye on the other, if you defend that door properly its not uncommon to get 10+ killstreaks sometimes several times a match. Good luck

Karachi map / tactical and sniping spots.

Yellow = You
Green = Tactical insertion
Orange = Claymores

The first map shows rooftops, lay a claymore at both ladders. Lay the tactical insertion behind the metal ac vent looking thing, and theres still one more way people can get up, on the platform furthest down on the map that you can get to without jumping off the rooftops you'll notice alongside that wall is a balcony, people might come from there so be careful.

The 2nd map shows my favorite spot in karachi, lay a tactical insertion in the corner of the room for some reason 1/2 the time if someone walks by it they don't see it, lay a claymore on the outside ledge and one by the stairs back far enough so they have to set it off or they cant get by.

This is my worst map so i cant give anymore hints because i don't have anymore, hope these help.

Invasion map / tactical and sniping spots

Yellow = You
Green = Tactical insertion
Orange = Claymore

The first map shows a decent spot tactical insertion location is not critical its just to respawn nearby, the claymores go on the roof at both ways up, and go for kills its as simple as that, theirs no cover from above so you are open to predator missiles.

The next map show a great location, you can get several kills here but it has one major weakness, everyone likes to go to the building on its right and up one, they easily kill you from there so be cautious. The 1st claymore goes on the top of the stairs and the other goes outside by the ladder. No one can get up to kill you, you must be on the 2nd floor.

The last one is good, claymore 1/2 inside facing the stairs and the other facing the ladder. Be careful because its a small building and when people find you they grenade you so be ready to run on the balcony or out the back at anytime. Great location the tactical insertion goes against the wall in the back.

Highrise map / tactical and sniping spots

Yellow = You
Green = Tactical insertion
Orange = Claymores
Blue arrow = Path to get to location.

This map has 3 very good spots, their all good, the first map gets my lowest rating though and only because of the risk you take getting to that location, its a good spot for sniping but your at high risk of dying trying to get there. The claymore on the left protects you from people coming to your spot, the one on the right you should lay on the first floor from the 2nd. To get there you have to get on or walk behind the building on the left of the map, from there jump or climb on the crain, from there run and jump to the next part, when you get on that part run directly across it until your at the building then walk along the ledge into the window, lay the tactical insertion up there. From this location you can snipe straight down the center and even into the other building.

This next spot you really want to stay still generally, only moving from left to right if you can unless you have to relay claymores. They tend to spawn in the back so they will hit claymores, or they will come in the front which you should be looking there anyway so its a very good spot.

The last map is my favorite, the tactical insertion goes in the back by the window, the claymores need to be where their shown, if not then they can be seen. People spawn nearby because of 2 spawn points, your protected from 1 direction only and the other you are not so keep an eye in that direction, you will have some times where you can barely keep claymores layed long enough to change class and sometimes you'll have a long period of nothing, but its worth it.

Favela map / tactical and sniping spots

Yellow = you
Green = tactical insertion
Orange = claymore

The first map shows a general common area to see people. People will come after you up there and theirs not much cover but its a good view of most of the buildings, if you can safely use it it will be very effective but very high risk of death here. Claymores go at the stairs and ladder, tactical insertion in the little room on the roof, don't forget if your being shot and you happen to be next to the hole in the roof you may want to jump down.

The 2nd map you should be on the 2nd floor of that building, if you lay a claymore at the staircase inside and outside on the 2nd floor its great cover and a great sniping vantage point across the bottom of the map, small room so watch out for frags and people with shotguns or explosives. Try to stay away from the tactical insertion incase you die it will still be there or if it goes you will still be alive.

The 3rd map seems to be the best, people don't spawn near by often and when they do they have usually died enough times to forget your their. Good spot because not many people think someone is there and they simply run in to claymores repeatably, watch for people in the area shown in the first map though, if a person spawns near there they usually try to kill you at a distance. If you lay your tactical insertion right it can be seen through a wall and people assume since you have that you don't have claymores and come for you. The 1st claymore goes on the 2nd floor just outside the stairwell and the 2nd claymore goes on the rooftop next to you facing the dumpster so no one can climb up.

Estate map / tactical and sniping spots

Yellow = you
Orange = claymore
Green = tactical insertion

First make sure the area is clear, lay your tactical insertion on the 2nd floor back near the wall. Then lay your claymores on the 2nd floor at the top or each set of stairs, this insures a kill or at least warning if someone is coming. Next go for kills, it may be quick or slow depending on where everyone decides to go but im sure you can rack up a few kills here.

The 2nd map is in a building where a ladder leads to the 2nd floor with a small window good for sniping. Lay one claymore on the first floor 1/2 behind the box next to the ladder, and the other at the top of the ladder. If the first one goes off don't go running down for a kill just wait they will leave or die by the 2nd claymore if its layed right.

This 3rd map is the best, first lay the tactical insertion in the bathroom on the 2nd floor, then lay the claymore at the top of the stairs then on the hallway in the back. People spawn nearby and this is usually quick and easy kills if done right.

Derail map / tactical and sniping spots

Yellow = you
Green = tactical insertion
Orange = Claymores

The first 2 are not great spots but always keep an eye out there because some snipers love this spot and you can get a lot of kills from the sniper trying to get there (if their is one) or you can get sniping kills there. Common spot so i don't suggest it to much.

The 3rd map puts you at a water tower, people do not expect the 2nd claymore because they assume everyone has 1 claymore only. This spot seems to get me a few kills if i happen to spawn very close to it and cant get anywhere else in time.

This spot seems to work well in the big building on the top left of the map, you must lay a claymore at the stairs and on the top of the ladder, the tactical insertion is just inside the little room on the 3rd floor in the corner closest to the ladder. You may move from inside to outside on the roof as needed, People don't expect you there but you also for some reason don't usually see people a good portion of the game due to them spawning on the other side of the map. You can see the snipers on the rooftops across the map though (if their there)

The last map shows the best tactic for this level, you will find often a few people like it here, try and be the first there lay your tactical insertion make sure its clear before you switch class and quickly lay claymores, both go on the staircases in the middle or bottom, only on top if you have no other choice. Move from room to room checking out people through the windows, eventually they will come for you so be ready to repeatably lay claymores. Your tactical insertion should be on the 2nd floor in the long thin room on the corner closest to the small staircase.
